yahoo ypn ad are currently allow only US publisher that too on invitation basis

try looking for alternatives like bidvertiser, adbrite ,chitka

yahoo not available for people outside US.

But you can join with google adsense. It is for all of people from anywhere.

I have not had great success with referral ads. Their earning potential is low

If you have wide range of traffic try to put free sign up, free down load referrals. It pays you little, but you can have large amount of conversions.

Try to find most efficient and related referral. Many webmasters go for higher bid. But do not do that. try to find best referral which attract you users.
