Ideas on making money online?

You can earn money thro' websites, can become affiliates, sell domain names and many creative things. I prefer making money thro web site and blog.

Can we belive in making online money?

Yes. That is I am doing with this blog. You can! but you must find a good and reliable partner.

how much of tax do I need to pay of my income from google adsense if I have an account registered as an individual publisher?

Google has published Google Adsense tax information at the following URL:

https://www.google.com/adsense/static/en...

"In the U.S., if you register as an individual, your income will be reported to the IRS on your social security number." So, you would treat the money from Adsense as your taxable income.

Is Adsense Reliable?

Adsense is NOT A FRAUD. It is run by the biggest search engine Google and it has been an important money maker for Google.

Note however that you only get paid IF AND ONLY IF you reach $100 in revenues every month - if not, your income is rolled over to the next month until you reach $100 in revenues.

As to what topic your site should be? The topic that works well with Adsense are those topics that attract visitors who are inclined to spend money.

Travel is a good topic because if you have a travel site where you provide content on what places to see in Bilbao, Spain and the audience you will attract are those looking forward to going to Spain. Hence, the ads that will be shown such as hotel ads, tour ads, luggage ads, airfare ads will most likely interest the users -- and they will click.

What is the procedure to start Google adsence Blogs to earn money from ONLINE?

Simple start a blog on blogger platform and go to layout page and add an adsense unit in to your blog. To working with adsense or blogger you do not need any great knowledge in web mastering. It is simple and easy. But to earn lot you need lot of traffic.

Any other advice for Google AdSense?

Follow the TOS and Program Policies VERY CAREFULLY -- they kick out publishers deemed generating "invalid clicks" which is their catch all term for cheating -- from asking users to click on ads to clicking your ads yourself to showing competing contextual ads on the same page as Adsense

- In terms of ad placement, check Google's heat map as they have tested where the best placements are https://www.google.com/support/adsense/b...

- Some types of ads do better than others depending on your content and layout. In our case, large rectangles in the middle of the content is the best, while leaderboards do not generate as much as income. Skys are the worst for us. Experiment and measure the results via channels and see which formats work best for you.

- Smartpricing - the big unknown in Adsense. No one knows how this actually works. But it can affect the pricing of the ads on your site. If the advertiser paid for $0.50/click - but your site is smartpriced - then the cost may be discounted lower (e.g. $0.25). So you may try to develop a site based on high paying keywords but if smartpricing gets to you, then you may not get as much per click as what you are expecting from your keywords.

Here is Google's explanation of smart pricing https://adwords.google.com/support/bin/a...

Google's smart pricing feature automatically adjusts the cost of a keyword-targeted content click based on its effectiveness compared to a search click. So if our data shows that a click from a content page is less likely to turn into actionable business results -- such as online sales, registrations, phone calls, or newsletter signups -- we reduce the price you pay for that click.

Experiment with the factors above (except smartpricing, which you can't control), and see which combination works best. Remember though that not all sites do well with Adsense - even if you get gazillions of traffic but your visitors are not interested in looking for ways to spend their money, they won't be interested in your ads and won't click.

How often does Google Pay out-- do they send you a check or do they use paypal?

Google does not use Paypal. They either send a check or send your payment via electronic fund transfer. They send their payments about 20-25 days after the end of the month in the US (speed of course depends on your location). Read Google Adsense Payments Guide https://www.google.com/adsense/support/b...

What fraction of users that visit a web site with Google AdSense actually click on the ads?

It depends on a number of things -- the topic of the site, the relevance of the ads to the site, and the purpose of the audience in visiting the site. A site that gives tips on finding a mortgage will attract users actively looking for a mortgage provider -- and will most likely click on the ads. That site can enjoy high click through rates. A dating site on the other hand where visitors are looking for dates, are not likely to be interested in the ads and hence CTR can be low.

How to pay online safely

I had to get a domain name for my one of other blog, ( So in order to pay for domain I wanted to find a safe paying method. I had a visa debit card but I think I should go for visa virtual card which contain certain limit of credit. Using virtual credit card is very safe because when you paying using it suppose hacker got your number. But he can only grab the small amount of money which is in your virtual credit card.

So I went to Sampath Bank (I am a Sri Lankan, and Sampath is very outstanding bank is Sri Lanka) and buy a 2500 LKR virtual credit card. (equal to 24 USD). I pay handsomely to google checkouts and buy my domain name.
